Vinyl - High performance or Intermediate performance grades are available. High performance is a cast vinyl with a typically higher gloss surface and is better for outdoor use and vehicles. High performance vinyl is thicker than the Intermediate grade and has a 7 to 10 year lifespan. Intermediate performance is a calendered vinyl with a tendency toward shrinkage and a 3 to 5 year lifespan. It is easier to remove than cast vinyl for signs that are resurfaced regularly.
